Terms & Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LanguageXS's interpreting services, you (the "Business User") agree to these Terms and Agreement.

2. Description of Services

LanguageXS provides Over-Phone Interpreting (OPI), Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and scheduled On-site interpreting services. Details on available languages and service hours are available on our website.

3. Billing and Payment

We charge $20/unit for OPI/VRI and $40/unit for ASL services (each unit is 15 minutes).
Invoices are sent every Monday for services used in the previous week.
Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by you.
There are no subscription fees; pay only for the services used.

4. Account and Use Policy

Users can access services through phone, web, or the InterpretManager app.
Your account remains active without mandatory usage, serving as a backup plan when needed.
Misuse of services or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Confidentiality

LanguageXS adheres to strict confidentiality and privacy standards, including HIPAA compliance where applicable.

6. Reporting and Dispute Resolution

For service issues or incorrect charges, report to contact@languagexs.com. Our team will investigate and rectify any errors on our part.
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the American Arbitration Association's rules.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the US State where LanguageXS headquarter is located.

8. Amendments and Notices

LanguageXS may update these terms with notice provided to Business Users.
All notices and communications must be in writing, either delivered in person or via certified mail.

9. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel services at any time without charge.
Unresolved payment issues may result in service cancellation by LanguageXS.

10. Liability

LanguageXS uses trained and certified interpreters. Liability for misinterpretation is limited as per our Compliance Document.
