Dear User,
Thank you for choosing LanguageXS for Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

LanguageXS offers OPI and VRI services, translating between English and 269 languages.
Access to services is available via phone, web browser, or the InterpretManager mobile application.

2. Account and Access

Upon registration, you will receive an email invitation to create an account on our system.
Your unique user PIN, provided post-registration, is required for accessing our interpreting services.

3. Billing and Payment

Our service costs are $2 per minute for OPI/VRI and $3 per minute for ASL VRI.
Call duration is rounded up to the next minute for billing.
Payment information will be securely stored in our payment management system and charged for service usage.

4. International Calls

Our services now support adding a third-party caller from outside the U.S. for conference calls.

5. Confidentiality

LanguageXS maintains strict confidentiality and will not disclose any proprietary information unless legally obligated.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the American Arbitration Association's rules.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where our services are located at the time of the dispute.

8. Agreement to Terms

By registering for and using LanguageXS services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
